Goal: Real-time Dashboards for every decision
A mid-market logistics company had a CRM full of data and no good way to read it. Leadership got static monthly reports that were already outdated by the time they landed, so decisions across teams ran on gut feel.
The goal was to give executives live, role-based dashboards that answered their most important questions without anyone exporting a spreadsheet.
Action: Clean the data, then build the view
We sat with leadership to find the handful of numbers they checked obsessively, then ignored the rest. After that, we built role-based dashboards so a regional manager and the CEO each saw what mattered to them. We also cleaned up how data got entered, because a dashboard is only as honest as the records behind it.
Result: Decisions made in minutes, not weeks
Leadership went from monthly snapshots to daily visibility, and the difference in decision speed was immediate. Managers could see which accounts needed attention, and the CEO had a live read on the pipeline at any point in the week.
Catching problems earlier and reallocating effort faster added a meaningful lift to revenue over the following two quarters.
